Bookings & Cancellations

Guests can book up to 3 days in advance.

3 -7 nights minimum stay, subject to seasonal variation.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation by bank transfer.

Guests must provide their address details and a phone number when they book.

Minimum age of guest making the booking is 25 years.

Child policies

Children of any age are allowed. 

Children up to and including 17 years old can stay for free.

Cots are available for children up to and including 2 years for free, please let us know if you request a cot.  

Extra beds are available for 3 years old to 17 years old stay for free, please let us know if you require extra beds. 

Adults must be in supervision of and responsible for children at all times.

Internet

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free WiFi subject to fair usage policy. Additional data may be purchased at local rates.

No age limit.

Smoking is not allowed inside the properties. 

Smoking is allowed in the outside areas only.

Pets are not allowed.

Parties/events are not allowed unless authorised in advance by the owners. 

Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 07:00.

Commercial photography and filming not allowed.

For your security and safety there are CCTV cameras in outdoor areas.
